METHOD
- 1. Pre- Heat Over to 200 degrees.
- 2. Rub the sides of a oven pan with butter (23cm deep)
- 3. Mix all dry ingredients together and rub the butter or margarine into the dry ingredients until crumble texture.
- 4. Add milk and mix until it becomes a dough
- 5. Place on a flat surface sprinkled with cake flour and roll out until its a 1cm square.
- 6. Fry the Onion and Sweet Chilli in oil in a pan until soft.
- 7. Add the rest of the ingredients with in pan but not the cheese.
- 8. Then spread the ingredients over the 1cm dough and roll it up into a roll.
- 9. Cut into 1.5cm roundles and pak into oven pan.
- 10. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or untill dough is cooked and the cheese golden brown.
- 11. Serve with salad and Tartar Sauce on the side
