METHOD:
- 1. Pre-Heat Oven on 180 degrees
- 2. Heat Butter and Oil in a oven bake pan until warm.
- 3. Place Wild Boar in pan and brown on all sides.
- 4. Remove Wild Boar and season with salt & pepper.
- 5. Place your Onions in the same oven pan and saute until soft.
- 6. Add your Apple Beer, Bay Leaves, Cloves and Peppercorns.
- 7. Place the meat back in baking pan, close with lid or tin foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
- 8. Serve with Roast Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables.
