MARINADE METHOD:
- YOU CAN MARINADE YOUR WARTHOG THE EVENING BEFORE IN A NICE RED WINE AND ASSORTED SPICES, YOU CAN ALSO ADD ABIT OF COKE IN THE READ WINE TO MAKE YOUR MEAT TENDER. METHOD:
- 1. Heat the oil in a large Wok or frying pan, Saute the onions until golden brown and tender.
- 2. Add the Garlic, Warthog Slices, Mushrooms and Ginger and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- 3. Mix together the Soya Sauce, Honey and Vinegar and then add to the wok. Stir and simmer for 4 minutes.
- 4. Add the Spring Onions and Coriander Leaves and serve immediately with steamed Rice.
