METHOD:
- 1. Peel Onion and chop finely.
- 2. Trim rind and excess fat from bacon and cut into small pieces.
- 3. Place Bacon, Butter, Onion and Celery in large heavy based pan and cook for 5 minutes over a low heat stirring occasionally.
- 4. Add Chicken Stock and peas let simmer covered for 5 minutes.
- 5. Increase heat and add Pasta let cook for 5 minutes.
- 6. Add Freshly Chopped parsley for garnishing when serving.
