METHOD:
- 1. Heat grill to medium. Combine Blackberries, Water, White Wine Vinegar and Sugar in a small saucepan and simmer mashing occasionally until liquid is reduced to about 2 Tbsp. Simmer for about 18 to 20 minutes. Stir in Butter and Whole-Grain Mustard.
- 2. Transfer half the glaze to a bowl reserve. Meanwhile pat Chicken Thighs and Drumsticks dry season with Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Grill skin-sides up covered for about 15 minutes. Uncover baste with some of the glaze and grill turning and basting occasionally until cooked through for about 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley and serve with remaining glaze.
