METHOD:
- 1. Heat grill to medium-high. In large bowl whisk together Olive Oil, Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Horseradish, Tabasco, Celery Seeds and ¼ teaspoon Salt. Toss with Tomatoes, Celery and Onion.
- 2. Season Pork Chops with 1/2 teaspoon each Salt and Pepper and grill until golden brown and just cooked through for about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
- 3. Fold Parsley into Tomatoes and serve over Pork and Greens.
