METHOD:
- 1. Heat oil in a large deep pan.
- 2. Add your Garlic, Onions, Carrots and Celery and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat until Golden.
- 3. Increase Heat and add your mince, breaking it with a fork and stir while cooking, when brown add Stock, Wine, Undrained Tomatoes, Sugar and Parsley.
- 4. Bring to boil and the reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1 1/2 hours, you have to stir in occasionally.
- 5. Add your Salt & Pepper as per your taste.

TIPS: SAUCE CAN BE USED COLD FOR LAYERING IN A LASAGNE.
SAUCE CAN BE MADE A DAY BEFORE AD STORED IN THE FRIDGE.
