- 1. Add all the ingredients together and mix with a whisk or spoon until fully mixed then your basting will be ready for use on your chicken. PREPAIRING BBQ
- 2. Ensure that your fire is burning and ready for BBQ before you do the basting.
- 3. Cut an onion in half and use a BBQ fork to rub it on the grill, now that brings flavor to the grill but also cleans the grill a bit.
- 4. if you have a double grill that can close it would work perfectly. BBQ YOUR CHICKEN
- 5. Place both Chickens on the grill and cover every part of the chicken with your basting. when both Chickens are basted one side turn them around and then do the same on the other side
- 6. Let it simmer and BBQ for about 30 to 40 minutes until cooked. METHOD: SEPARATED SALAD
- TIP: When making a separated salad you can add any kind of ingredients to it since you going to pack it out on a platter for your guests to choose what they want to mix their salad with. 1. Cut your lettuce in strips and place it on the plate or platter.
- 2. Take you tomato cut it in half and then slice it thinly and place it on your plate next to the lettuce.
- 3. Clean onion and then cut in half and slice thinly and add to your platter.
- 4. Cut your Cucumber in thin slices and add on plate.
- 5. Cut the Feta Cheese in small cubes and place it over the Salad.
- 6. The olives is for Garnish and taste so also place a few of them over the Salad.
- 7. Open the Smoke Mussels and place a few Mussels over your Salad.
- 8. Have Salad dressing on the side so your guests can use as to their preference. METHOD: BBQ BREAD
- 1. First slice the tomatoes in thin slices.
- 2. Open braai bread and put sliced tomatoe on it and then a slice of cheese.
- 3. You can add some onion if you would like and other stuff to add on.
- 4. Close the braai bread and put it on your BBQ until the cheese has melted fully, when so take it off and keep on the side.
Notes
TIP: If you per-boil your chickens longer then your BBQ time will be alot less..
when chicken is BBQ to prefection take it off the fire and keep it sealed until dish up time.

TIP: If you have a Pepper and Salt Grinder always add that over your Salad for flavour.
