METHOD:
- 1. In a mixing bowl combine the Crab Meat, Egg, Mustard, Horseradish, Worcestershire Sauce, Spring Onions, Parsley, Fresh Breadcrumbs and Parsley. Mix gently leaving the pieces Crab meat as large as possible. If the mixture is to dry to hold together and the Cream.
- 2. Divide the Crab mixture into 6 portions and shape.
- 3. Put the dry Breadcrumbs on a plate, coat the Crab Cakes on both sides with the Breadcrumbs.
- 4. melt the Butter or Margarine in a frying pan. Fry the Crab cakes until golden about 3 minutes on each side. Add more Butter or Margarine if needed during frying process.
- 5. Serve 1 or 2 per person with Lemon Wedges.

IF NEEDED A NICE PINK TARTAR SAUCE ON THE SIDE WOULD DO THE TRICK.
