- 2. Add salt to your taste before draining the water.
- 3. Saute the Onion in a frying pan with oil until nice and soft.
- 4. Add your Raisons and Curry Powder and fry for about 1 minute extra.
- 5. Add your Brown Sugar.
- 6. Add your LentIls in with the Mixture and stir threw and let simmer of about 5 minutes.
- 7. Slice your Pear Halves and serve them on the side of the Lentil Curry.
- 8. You could also cut your Pears in cubes and add the directlty into your LentIls. and serve like that.
