Easy Homemade Chimichurri Sauce

This is ideal for the Family members that loves hot and spicy.

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 1 CUP (250ML):
  • 2 cup Fresh Parsley Leaves
  • 4 Cloves Garlic ((Finely Minced))
  • 1 Medium Shallot OR Red Onion ((Finely Chopped))
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes OR Jalapeno ((Crushed))
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Finely chop the Parsley then add to a bowl with the Garlic, Shallot, Salt, Red Pepper Flakes, Olive oil and Red Wine Vinegar. Stir.
  2. 2. Let the sauce stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving. The sauce is excellent the day you make it, but it will last a few days in your refrigerator (you just might notice the parsley’s green dulls slightly).
