- 4. Add your 500g Lean Beef Mince and mix until your mince has that yellow colour of the turmeric, fry until the mince is almost cooked. Add the Portuguese Spice to your taste.
- 5. Add about 2 table spoons of Vegetable Achaar for flavour.
- 6. Take about 1/2 (250g) of the Hawaiian Stir-Fry and add it to your mince and let it fry.
- 7. When Ready keep a side.
- 8. Get a pot ready with boiling water and add about 1/4 cup of oil in the water.
- 9. When water is to a full boil add your 500g of Macaroni and boil until cooked
- 10. Rinse all the starch of the macaroni before you place it into an oven baking pan.
- 11. Add your mince mix in the macaroni and mix it through so its evenly spread from top to bottom.
- 12. Mix your eggs and milk together by using a whisk just like you would make scrambled eggs.
- 13. Add the egg and milk mix to the mac and mince mix, mix thoroughly so that the mix is covered top to bottom with the milk and egg mix.

Notes
TIP: take the Hawaiian Stir-Fry and pop it in the microwave for about 5 minutes on high to get it cooked abit.
TIP: Serve with a nice Green Salad on the side.
