- METHOD: The amount of people you are cooking for will determine the amount of milk you use. 1. Fill your pot with the milk needed to provide for everyone.
- 2. Bring it to a boil on a High Heat.
- 3. When boiling bring the heat down to a low.
- 4. Take 2 Table Spoons of corn flour or mezina and place it in a bowl.
- 5. Mix a bit of milk in the corn flour until a smooth liquid and then slowly add to simmering milk.
- 6. Ensure you stir constantly until you can see your milk dish is starting to thinken up.
- 7. When your milk is becoming thick then you take it off the stove it should not be lumpy.
- 8. If it does not thicken up then you need to add more of the corn flour and milk mix.
- 9. When done dish up in a bowl add some sugar over it and some grounded cinnamon.
