- 1. Pre-Heat Oven to 180 Degrees
- 2. Slice up or Dice Peppers, Cabbage, Tomatoes and Mushrooms
- 3. Mix the Turmeric in the Mayonnaise.
- 4. Lay the 4 slices of Whole Grain bread on a oven pan after you buttered the one side, then add the Crushed Garlic as per your personal preference
- 5. Place on each slice enough of the veggie ingredients so it looks colourful
- 6. Cover the ingredients with the mayonnaise and turmeric sauce and then make sure you have enough Cheese covering that.
- 7. Pop in the Pre-Heated oven for about 10 min or until the cheese is melted, then put it on the top bar roast option so that it can toast the cheese nicely.
- 8. Remove from oven and cut in squares or triangles as per your choice.
