Italian Frittata (Omelette)

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion ((Peeled & Finely Chopped))
  • 125 g Sliced Ham
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Cooked Fusilli OR Spiral Pasta ((150g Uncooked))
  • 1/4 cup Freshly Grated Parmeson
  • 2 tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
    METHOD: PASTA TO BE COOKED ALREADY:
  1. 1. Add 1/2 the oil to a pan and fry Onions over a low heat until tender.
  2. 2. Add sliced Ham to pan and stir for 1 minute, Transfer to plate.
  3. 3. In a bowl whisk Eggs, Milk, Salt & Pepper.
  4. 4. Stir in Pasta, Parmesan, Herb and Onion mixture.
  5. 5. Heat remaining oil in same pan, Pour Egg mixture into pan.
  6. 6. Sprinkle Cheese over and cook on a medium heat until mixture begins to set around the edges.
  7. 7. Place under a hot Grill or in oven for rest of cooking time until dish is fully cooked.
  8. 8. Cut into slices and serve.

TIP: IF YOU NEED TO YOU CAN CHANGE THE HAM  TO CHORIZO  SAUSAGE TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER.
