METHOD:
- 1. Sprinkle Lamb Shoulder chops with mixture of Salt, Pepper and Cinnamon.
- 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
- 3. Bring to boil stirring until Jalapeno jelly is melted.
- 4. Grill Lamb Chops for 11 - 13 minutes until nice and brown. using a frying pan or pan grill.
- 5. Spoon Sauce ocer the lamb last 5 minutes of cooking time.
Notes
TIPS: YOU MAY USE INSTEAD OF SHOULDER CHOPS ROUND BONE OR BLADE CHOPS.
SERVE WITH A NICE TURMERIC MASH POTATO DISH.
