Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries OR Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 cup Frozen Cucumber OR Fresh Cucumber ((No Skin))
  • Fresh Strawberries ((For Serving))
  • Chopped Pistachios ((For Serving))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. In a blender, puree Strawberries, Cucumber and 2 Tbsp Carrot Juice until smooth adding 1 to 2 Tbsp more Juice until desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and top with Fresh and Freeze-Dried Strawberries and Pistachios if desired.
