Instructions
- 1. Place Mussels in pot with water and cook until Mussels open or ready for about 4 minutes.
- 2. Strain the water and keep a side.
- 3. Remove all mussles shells from Mussel meat so that they can be in half shell
- 4. Combine the Parmesan Cheese, Softened Butter, Garlic, Breadcrumbs, Herbs and Pepper in a bowl.
- 5. Spread your combined ingredients on each mussels in its half shell and place in a baking tray.
- 6. Bake the Mussels in a Pre-Heated oven of 230 degrees for about 4 - 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- 7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and freshly baked bread.
