METHOD:
- 1. Add Pine Nuts to a heavy based pan and stir over a low heat for 2 - 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- 2. Place Pine Nuts, Garlic, Basil Leaves and salt in a blender OR food processor and process for 10 seconds, scrape down sides of the bowl.
- 3. Add Parmeson Cheese and process for 10 seconds, with motor running slowly add your oil until a paste is formed.
- 4. Add pepper for taste.

TIPS: PESTO SAUCE CAN BE MADE UP TO A WEEK IN ADVANCE AND STORED IN A AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE.
