METHOD: Pre-Heat Oven 200 Degrees
- 1. Grease the inside of a 20cm pie dish.
- 2. Crumble the Feta Cheese and spread it over the base of the pie dish.
- 3. Combine the Tomatoes and Frankfuthers in a mixing bowl and spoon out ontop of the cheese.
- 4. Just put a few dots of the butter or margarine over it.
- 5. Bake in a Pre-Heated oven until the Feta Cheese has melted for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Take the eggs and beat them in a mixing bowl and sread evenly over the Frankfuthers in the pan.
- 7. Arrange your Peppers ontop of the eggs and sprinkle your Paprika and Turmeric over.
- 8. Return to the oven and bake for about 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
