A unique way of infusing Tuna and Pasta as a dish with Italian and USA flavours.

- METHOD: 1. Pre - Heat Oven to 180 degrees.
- 2. Take a Oven Bake Pan and rub a thin layer of olive oil on the inside.
- 3. Drain the Tuna and keep the oil seperate.
- 4. Fry the Onion, Garlic and Sweet Chilli in the oil of the Tuna tin.
- 5. When almost done add the Chunky Tomatoes, White Wine and the sauce of the tin tomatoes to the fried ingriendents. Bring it to boil.
- 6. Bring the heat down to a medium and take the Cornflower mix it with abit of water and add it slowly to your mix untill nice and thick.
- 7. Put final sauce in a mixing bowl and add the other ingrienents (Cooked Pasta Screw) mix all ingredients well.
- 8. Place it your baking pan and cover your ingredients with the grated cheese. place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and have a golden colour.

TIP:
Serve in nice portions with a salad of your choice on the side.
You can use any type of Pasta for this dish.
