METHOD:
- A. USING A BLENDER OR ELECTRIC MIXER FOR THIS PROSES.
- 1. Whisk Whole Eggs, Egg Yolks, Mustard, Salt and Pepper until pale and thick.
- 2. While Mixer is running add the Vinegar and Lemon Juice Tablespoon at a time.
- 3. Then carefully pour your oil in a thin stream, if you pour it to quickly your mayonnaise wont emulsify.

TIPS: THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS TO HAVE YOUR OIL FLOW IN A THIN STREAM INTO YOUR MIXTURE AND NOT TO FAST.
