PASTA METHOD:
- 1. Add Pasta to a large pan of boiling water and cook until just tender, Drian Pasta and rinse well under cold water.
- 2. Trim Spring Onion and chop finely, Add to Pasta with Tomatoes, Spinash, Pine Nuts and Oregano. DRESSING METHOD:
- 1. Add Oil, Chilli, Garlic, Salt & pepper in a small screw jar and shake well. SERVING METHOD:
- 1. Pour dressing over the top of the Pasta salad and toss well and serve.
