- 1. Cut sweet potatoes into rings (1cm)
- 2. Place sweet potatoes in baking trays.
- 3. Coat sweet potatoes with honey or syryp.
- 4. Drizzle raw oatmeal over it, Sprincle sugar over it
- 5. Place in oven until sugar caramelizes. + - 20min.
- 6. Take sweet potatoes out of oven and place them in a separate plate. (Go for a smoke break) PAN FRY INGRIEDENTS
- 1. Julian / Chop Peppers, Mushroom and Onion, put separate.
- 2. Put frying pan on a stove on high heat. Add a heaped tbs butter.
- 3. Drizzle butter with turmeric. Add onions. Fry until half done.
- 4. Add mushrooms and peppers. Add a tsp of crushed garlic. Add a bit of veggie spice or mixed spic. Pan fry until almost cooked, put separate. PAN FRYING HAKE FILLET
- 1. Add 1 tsp of butter in same pan.
- 2. Place fillets, drizzle turmeric and pan fry til cooked.
- 3. After cooked place in sealable container add fillet sauce from the pan and seal.
- 4. Finely chop your nuts.
