    COOKING METHOD:
  • 1. Cook Penne Pasta in salt boiling water for about 8 - 10 minutes.
  • 2. While that is going on the stove you get a jug.
  • 3. Place 150ml of Plain low fat Yoghurt in the jug.
  • 4. Add 1 lemons skin grated and the juice.
  • 5. Add the 6 sliced black olives.
  • 6. Drain the Pasta and put in a Pan.
  • 7. Add the Smoked Mussels and Drained Tuna Flakes to the pasta on a low heat.
  • 8. Add the Crabsticks slices it with that.
  • 9. Switch heat off and add the Yoghurt and toss untill all is covered with the yoghurt.
  • 10. Serve on a Warm plate and sprinkle the grated Parmesan Cheese over and Garnish with chives.

Notes

TIP: SERVE WITH A NICE CRISP GREEN SALAD ON THE SIDE.
