METHOD:
- 1. To a blender add 225g Cucumber (peel on), 225g Celery, 1/2 cup Agave, 1 cup packed Mint Leaves, 1/2 cup Freshly squeezed Lime Juice and 3 cups Water. Blend until smooth.
- 2. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher or punch bowl pushing down on mix to extract every last bit of liquid. Add ice and stir.
