PREPERATION METHOD
-
- 2. When butter is melted add 1/2 a teaspoon of crushed garlic.
- 3. Add a tip of a teaspoon of Turmeric or a bit more as you require. it should give it a slightly yellow colour.
- 4. Add the 1/2 Onion Sliced in the frying pan. And fry slightly
- 5. Add the sliced red and yellow pepper. remember don't fry it to much it must still have a crunch to it and not be soggy.
- 6. If you would like to add any other spice for flavour your more than welcome to do so while frying the onions and peppers together. let it fry while you busy with the next step.
- 7. Spread butter on all 4 slices of bread.
- 8. Take frying pan off the heat and switch stove off.
- 9. Cover your bread slices with Lettuce.
- 10. Top the lettuce with sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle Salt as to your taste.
- 11. I always add a bit of black pepper also for flavour.
- 12. Then add the fried onion and peppers over the tomatoes.
- 13. Last but not least add the tuna.
- 14. Sprinkle some fresh lemon juice over the Tuna and the cover with the grated cheese.
- 15. Add some Achaar just for flavour and if you want you can melt the cheese in the oven just for a bit.
