    METHOD:
  • 1. Peel Onions and chop finely.
  • 2. In a large bowl combine Mince, Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Onions, Parsley, Egg, Garlic, Lemon Rind and Juice, Salt & Pepper.
  • 3. Roll Tablespoon of mixture into balls and roll balls in seanoned flour.
  • 4. Place oil in frying pan and fry Meatballs until Golden. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
  • 5. Remove excess fat and meat juice from pan.
  • METHOD SAUCE:
  • 1. In the same pan combine Tomato Puree, Stock, Wine, Basil, Garlic, Salt & Pepper and bring to boil.
  • 2. Reduce the heat and return Meatballs to pan, allow to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • 3. While meatballs and sauce are cooking, add Fusilli OR Spiral Pasta in a large pan with rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender, Drain well.
  • 4. Serve Fusilli with Meatballs and Sauce ontop.
