Prep all ingredients on the side so you have it ready for your preparation steps.
PREPERATION

METHOD: 1. Take your Mini Loafs and cut them in Half at first, then cut the inner of the loaf about 3/4 and take the part out and put separate.

2. Take the sliced Potatoes and deep fry them until nice and crispy. (Put in a sealed container)
- 3. Fry the Onions and Mixed Peppers in a frying pan until cooked add the turmeric, Keep to the side.

4. Use the same pan to fry your eggs and when done get ready to pack your KOTAS.
LAYERING METHOD
- 1. First spread some mayonnaise on the bread.

2. Add a table spoon of vegetable Achaar on top of the mayonnaise.

3. Place your slice of Polony and then your slice of cheese.

4. Then add your Turmeric flavoured onion and pepper mix and spread it evenly ontop of the cheese.

5. Add a good layer of your fried potato slices and end the topping with your fried egg.

6. Place your cut out part of the loaf ontop and serve as is.
Notes
TIPS:
- If you want you can add any kind of sauces and spice to the likes of your taste.
