METHOD:
- 1. Add your Lasagnette to a large pan of boiling water and cook until tender.
- 2. Strain water and return to pan.
- 3. Heat 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil and the butter in a large heavy base pan over a medium heat.
- 4. Add Spring Onions and sliced Baby Mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes occasionally stirring, Add your shredded Spinach and cook for 2 minutes or until Spinach are tender.
- 5. Add Salt & Pepper for taste.
- 6. Add Sauce to Pasta and toss until combined.
- 7. Serve immediately and garnish with grated cheese of your choice.
