METHOD:
- 1. Add Linguine to a pan with rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender, drain and return to pan.
- 2. While Pasta is cooking heat up oil in a frying pan.
- 3. Add Garlic and stir on a low heat for 1 minute, Add Tomatoes, Capers and Olives.
- 4. Cook for 2 minutes.
- 5. Add Wine, Pasley, Basil and Pepper and stir, Bring to boil, Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat
- 6. Add Anchovies to pan.
- 7. Add sauce to warm pasta and toss to distibute sauce evenly through Pasta.
- 8. Serve immediatly and Garnish with Basil.

TIPS: IN A PAN HEAT A LITTLE OLIVE OIL AND SOME FRESH BREADCRUMBS AND CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVE, TOS UNTIL CRISP AND GOLDEN, SPRINKLE OVER PASTA WITH PARMESAN CHEESE
