    METHOD:
  • 1. Firstly add the Milk, Butter and Caramel to a big pot. And stir it gratefully on a high heat so that mixing doesn’t get too heavy.
  • 2. When Caramel, Milk and Butter is blended folded in the Coconut until its well mixed. Sometimes I added more Coconut Flakes if needed so that Coconut fully coated and to prevent too much moisture.
  • 3. Spoon out about a half spoon of the briquette mixture on the parchment paper.
  • 4. Immediately melted the Chocolate into the smaller bowl in compliance with the cooking directions.
  • 5. Dunk the bottom of the macaroons in Chocolate and set them back on parchment paper to dry. Afterward using a fork drizzel some Chocolate over the top part of the Macaroons and cool off.
