METHOD:
- 1. Add Pasta to a pan with boiling water and cook until tender, drain water and return to pan.
- 2. Heat Olive Oil in a non stick heavy base pan over a low heat add your Garlic and Chillies and cook for 1 minute.
- 3. Add oil mixture, Herbs, Salt & Pepper to Pasta, Toss until mixture coats Pasta thoroughly.
- 4. Add cubes of Ricotta Cheese and serve immediately.
