FILLING METHOD:
- 1. Melt Butter in Frying Pan.
- 2. Add all Vegetables in the pan and fry until soft.
- 3. Stir the Cooked Rice, Lemon Juice and Thyme in and put a side. SNOEK, PIKE METHOD:
- 1. Take half the rice ingredients and place it on half the Snoek,Pike side. Spread it evenly over the one side.
- 2. Fold the other half of the Snoek, Pike over and close the opening with toothpicks.
- 3. Mix Butter, Oil and Lemon Juice together.
- 4. Dip or cover the Snoek, Pike in the cake flour ensure that both sides are nicely covered in the flour.
- 5. Place Snoek, Pike in a Pre-Heated oven (220 degrees) for about 20 - 30 Minutes. SAUCE PREPARATION:
- 1. Mix all Sauce Ingredients together and serve on the side or ontop of the Snoek, Pike.
