METHOD:
- 1. Pre-Heat oven to 160 degrees
- 2. Take a bread pan and place tinfoil inside it so that you can cover the whole bread with in in the bread pan.
- 3. Take margarine and spread a thin layer on all the sides of the tinfoil so nothing can stick to it.
- 4. Fry your Onions, Carrots and Celery in oil until soft, remove and use the same pan to fry your Beef Mince until medium cooked.
- 5. Mix your Onions, Carrots and Celery into the Mince.
- 6. Add your Tomato Paste and Fresh Tomatoes and let simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
- 7. Remove from pan and let your Mince cool off.
- 8. Add 3 of the beaten eggs in with the mince and the last egg with the cooked Spaghetti.
- 9. Mix your chopped Parsley with the spaghetti and layer it into your bread pan.
- 10. Then take your mince Mix and place it on top of the spaghetti's, spread it evenly and then close with the tinfoil.
- 11. Then Bake your bread in the oven for about 30 - 40 minutes.
- 12. Let your bread cool off in your bread pan for a bit and then turn it over on a serving plate.
- 13. Your bread will be ready to cut in slices, however the mince will be crumbling.
Notes
TIPS: SERVE WITH A NICE SALAD OF YOUR CHOICE ON THE SIDE. YOUR SPAGHETTI MEATLOAF CAN ALSO BE SERVED COLD.
