METHOD:
- 1. Place Chili in small bowl and cover with boiling water and let stand for 1 Hour.
- 2. Place Chili and 1 1/2 Tablespoons water in a blender and process until smooth. Let cool completely and discard of remaining soaking water.
- 3. Beat Butter in small bowl with electric mixer until fluffy, Beat in Garlic and Oregano. Gradually beat in Chili mixture. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Spoon out butter in a strip onto plastic wrap. Enclose in plastic wrap and roll back and forth to form 2.5 cm roll. Refrigerate until firm.

TIPS: CAN BE USED ON ALMOST ANYTHING FROM MEAT TO SALAD TO ANY OF YOUR DESIRES.
