- 3. Bush each Halibut with Butter or Margarine and sprinkle with Salt & pepper, Arrange on the rack in the grill pan buttered side up.
- 4. Grill the steaks about 8 cm from heat turning once and brushing Butter or Margarine for about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to warmed serving plates.
