METHOD:
- 1. Mix the Tempura Mix, Water, Drained Corn and optional Chilies together in a large bowl.
- 2. In a deep fryer or heavy pan heat enough Oil for deep frying. The Oil should be hot about 190 degrees.
- 3. Drop 3 or 4 large spoonful of batter into the hot Oil. Let them cook for 3 or 4 minutes turning once or until they just start to brown. Remove the Corn Fritters to dry on paper towels. Serve immediately drizzled with Syrup or Honey.
