METHOD:
- 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. To prepare Potatoes scrub them well under running water. Pierce each Potato in several places with a fork. bake for 1 hour or until fork-tender. Cool completely then refrigerate.
- 2. When Potatoes are cold peel with a paring knife. grate each Potato by hand using the large section of the grater or use food processor with large grating disk.
- 3. Heat Butter in 25cm skillet over medium-high heat until melted and bubbly, press grated potatoes evenly into skillet. (Do not stir or turn Potatoes). Season with Salt & Pepper and cook for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Turn of heat, invert serving plate over skillet, Turn Potato out onto plate. Garnish if desired. Serve Hot

TIPS: TO MAKE THIS EVEN BETTER USE VEGETABLE SPICE OR EVEN ABIT OF CHILLI SPICE FOR SEASONING.
