- 1. Melt the Butter in a pan.
- 2. Beat the Egg and the Fresh Cream together and then add to the pan.
- 3. Once the Egg is semi-done. Add the Spinach, Feta Cheese and season to taste.
- 4. Now flip over the one half of the egg to form an omelette.
